These Hackers Are At Top In The Wanted List of FBI!     Alexsey Belan In year 2012 and 2013, E-Commerce companies of California and Nevada had faced major data breaches. According to the investigation of FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), this cybercrime had been done by Alexsey Belan named hacker. Alexsey was stealing personal information of people from the servers of e-commerce companies and after that he was selling the login details on dark web. He is a citizen of Latvia.
