MAJOR CYBER ATTACK ON TURKISH SYSTEMS!

A major cyber attack is causing big disturbance in Turkish organization’s systems. This attack is making banking services slow. Is it a attack from abroad which is motivated by the political parties?

This Thursday, "Nic.tr" (a non-government organization) told that an attack has been held on “Turkish Organization"s" systems outside Turkey. Nic.tr is the organization which manages all the IP Addresses assigned to Turkish Website under the ".tr" domain. All these .tr domains are used by websites which are presenting Turkish ministers, Banks and all the commercial organization.

According to some Turkish researchers, this attack appears to be performed by an “Organized Source” outside the Turkey. The major effect of this attack was on bank. Banking services goes very slow when the attackers performed this attack.

Binali Yildirim is the Transport and Communications minister of Turkey and he said this attack was very serious. He states that they had asked an Ankara-based University to check all the security measures because they are unable to do it. This was a major and well planned attack even Experts seem to be unable to identify the attack source. On the other hand banking sources said that banking transactions have been seriously disrupted by this attack.

Last month Turkey downed a Russian fighter jet on the border of Syria, due to this reason some newspapers are blaming to Russia for this attack. They said that both Russia and Turkey are going through a cold war these days.

Local media said, A group of Anonymous hackers posted a message in which they said it would continue to attack Turkey for “supporting the Islamic State by buying their oil and tending to their injured fighters."
