Around 100 Chinese investigators raid Microsoft headquarters. Offices located in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Guangzhou was primarily targeted by the investigators. All the Microsoft computers, mails, documents, and information were seized. The documents included office documents, financial documents and contracts. On the contrary Microsoft spokesperson says that the company has not violated any of the law. Why china seized Microsoft Headquarters?

China's state administration gave the reason of having number of complaints regarding the security of various Microsoft products in the previous 12 months. Earlier also China banned Microsoft Windows 8 in government computers. Microsoft was building backdoors in its operating system and was making a spy on the activity. On this note Microsoft has agreed for this investigation. Microsoft offered older version of windows 7 to Chinese government.
